Final Image Start

So I wasn’t to excited about this assignment, but that is pretty normal for me. I don’t sketch very well so I have to do the image first so here are my source images.

So as usual Im not really enjoying this image much, just like all the others. Its actually a huge pain, mostly because I still have painting layers to do and I dont know what else I want to add into my image, if it were up to me Id leave it like it is and turn it in. I should have listened a little harder in class this week, because then writing the 200 words wouldnt be so hard because I could add notes in here, but I dont take notes, ever. I should start doing that. I remember last week I didnt have a presentation to do but I sure did learn a lot from everyone else, that was a good learning experience for me. I cant wait for this image to be done though, I am a little excited to see what it will look like when I am all done. Its just the getting there that I have an issue with. I need to learn to like this more.

Day to Night

So I got started a little late on this but it was fairly easy to get done at least enough for a peer review. It was a little difficult to get started because I was very unsure where to start as I wasn’t actually here for class. My light sources are not that great right now and need to be fixed but the sky is great as a took a sky from another beach image.

So here below is my original image.

 

Here is what I have now. I think the think I am happy about the most is my sky, I really liked how the moon and the reflection are where they are.

New Image All Together

So as I was working on the other image I was going to do originally I decided that I was going to do a different image all together. Here is just a simple roses in vase image without a complicated background. To be honest this is proving to be very difficult and I’m having problems understanding what I am suppose to do. So in this image I don’t have to worry about a super textured background its pretty plain and uninteresting, but it gives me more time to focus on the image itself.

So below here I have all my source images which I am using every single one of them already.

 

 

 

 

So below here I have a screenshot of how the image looks so far. I am proud of it so far but it still needs lots of work. I need to fill in all of the leaves yet and move just a few things around. Overall this image I am very proud of and I think that this will be slightly easier to do since I am not artistic at all in the least. I’m actually just looking forward to getting through this class. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if I just barley passed.
